Locust lobster - Scyllarides latus - Pretty face

Crustacean with squashed, rectangular body, wider at the front end than the rear. Typical, flattened lamellar antennae with a wavy front edge. Reddish brown with violet antennules. Lives on rocky sea-beds from 10 to 100 meters. Maximum size 45 centimetres.
