More Reliability, New Digital Products and Creative Plans Ahead

As many of you may have already noticed, a lot has been happening at Photo and Crochet since we changed our network service provider. One of the improvements we are particularly pleased with is the increased reliability and uptime of our website, giving our visitors a more stable and dependable experience.

But improved reliability is only part of what has been happening behind the scenes. We recently introduced our Digital Products section, opening up another new direction for Photo and Crochet. We are currently testing this section with Dieter’s own creations, beginning with something inspired by one of his most productive hobbies: making sausages at home.

Over the years, Dieter has gained plenty of practical experience making his own sausages and experimenting with recipes and techniques. He has now started turning some of that knowledge and experience into digital publications that others can enjoy and learn from. For the time being, these publications will only be available in English, but we are already working on translations so that we can make them accessible to more of our international visitors.

We are also working on the next step for our Digital Products section: giving our registered users the opportunity to upload and offer their own creations. There is still work to be done before this feature is ready, but we hope to bring it online around the beginning of next year. It is another step towards making Photo and Crochet a place where creative people can not only share their work but also offer their own digital creations to others.

And for those interested in sausage making, Dieter has taken his hobby one step further by creating his own dedicated blog, Dieter’s Sausage Kitchen. There he can share more of his experiences, experiments, recipes and discoveries from the world of homemade sausage making.
