Mistra Battery, formerly known as Despirasse Battery, is a artukkery battery in Mistra Bay, Mellieha, Malta. It was built by the Order of Saint John in the 18th century as one of multiple fortifications around the coasts of the Maltese Islands.

The battery is one of the best preserved of the Orders batteries in Malta, since it retains most of its original features. Most of the other batteries have been destroyed or modified. Only very few survived in their original state.
