Photo and Crochet - Flat worm

Flat worm - Need ID

Help needed in identifying this little fellow. Hours of research and the only thing I could not even find another image of this flat worm. If anyone knows a little about it, I would be thankful for a message helping me to id it. The image was taken at Cirkewwa reef, Malta, Mediterranean in about 9 Meters.
