Red Star - Echinaster sepositus - How are you holding on

The commonest red star in the Mediterranean. The central disc is small and has fife circular-sectioned, pointed arms attached to it. Granulous surface. Color varies from dark red to orange-red. Found on rocky, detrital bottoms and amongst Neptune grass, from 2-3 meters down to 250 meters. Measures up to 30 centimeters.
