Common Octopus - Octopus vulgaris Cephalopod mollusc belonging to the Octopod order. Easily recognised by its large, globular head which is distinct from the rest of the body, formed by eight tentacles with double rows of suckers. Coloring is variable due to its mimetic abilities.
