Gale force winds and high seas covering the Marfa ferry jetty in sea spray while a Gozo Channel ferry passes through the storm.

Gale force winds drive powerful Mediterranean waves through the South Comino Channel between Malta and Comino. Heavy seas crash against the old ferry jetty at Marfa, sending thick clouds of sea spray into the air. Through the blowing spray, a Gozo Channel ferry can be seen navigating the rough waters, highlighting the dramatic weather conditions along Malta’s northern coast.
