This image shows the entrance to a fourth cave below the Mellieħa Cross, partly hidden by wild vegetation and built into a rough limestone wall. Although no formal scientific record confirms cave dwelling at this exact site, the stonework, dark doorway and modified setting suggest possible past human use, perhaps connected with shelter, storage or rural activity.
