After your payment has been successfully completed, your licensed download will be prepared and the download links will be sent by email.

If you are a registered and logged-in user, the email containing your download links will be sent to the email address registered with your Photo and Crochet account.

If you are not registered or you completed your purchase as a guest, the download links will be sent to the email address registered with your PayPal account.

Please note that you have a 3-day download window to retrieve your purchase. After this period, the download links will expire automatically and can no longer be used.

We recommend downloading your purchased files as soon as possible and keeping your own secure backup copy for future use.
