Keeping your account password secure is important for protecting your personal information, uploaded content, and contributor account.

If you want to change your password, you must first be logged into your Photo and Crochet account.

Accessing the Change Password Page

To change your password:

1. Log in to your Photo and Crochet account.
2. In the top navigation bar, click on your username in the top right corner.
3. Select Change Password from the dropdown menu.

This will open the password change form.

Entering Your New Password

On the password change page, you will need to enter:

• your current password
• your new password
• confirmation of your new password

Password Requirements

For account security, your new password must meet the following minimum requirements:

• at least 12 characters long
• contain letters
• contain numbers
• contain special characters

For even stronger security, we also recommend using:

• a mixture of uppercase and lowercase letters

Your new password must also be different from your current password.

Password Validation

The system will automatically check your password entries.

You will receive a message if:

• the password does not meet the required security criteria
• the confirmation password does not match
• the new password matches your current password

Please correct any issues before submitting the form.

Saving Your New Password

Once all information has been entered correctly, click the Change Password button.

Your password will be updated immediately.

The next time you log in, you must use your new password.

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Change your password immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
