Commercial License Explained

The Commercial License is intended for business and profit-generating use of Licensed Material. It is suitable for company websites, advertising campaigns, brochures, product packaging, social media promotions, printed marketing materials, and decorative product printing where the image supports the final product.

This license allows the use of the full-resolution original image without watermark for commercial purposes, provided that the Licensed Material is used only within one single project and is not the sole or main object being sold.

For example, the image may be used as decorative design on accessories such as mugs, pillows, bags, brochures, or packaging, as long as the image itself is not the main product being sold.

It is strictly prohibited to reproduce the Licensed Material as posters, prints, or other products where the image itself is the sole or primary subject for sale.

You may use this license for:
• business websites and advertising
• brochures and marketing materials
• product packaging and promotional campaigns
• decorative printing on commercial accessories
• one-time commercial projects where the image supports the final product

You may NOT use the image for:
• posters, art prints, or products where the image itself is the main sold item
• logos, trademarks, or service marks
• pornographic, defamatory, unlawful, or misleading purposes
• repeated use across multiple projects without purchasing a new license

Copyright always remains with the Licensor. Purchasing this license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of the Licensed Material.

This article is a simplified explanation only. The full legally binding agreement is the license text accepted during purchase together with the invoice. Maltese law applies to all license agreements.
