The No Profit License is intended for situations where the Licensed Material is used without generating any direct or indirect profit. It is suitable for personal projects, school work, hobby websites, private blogs, club newsletters, association publications, and other non-commercial uses.

This license allows you to download and use the full-resolution original image without watermark, provided that the use remains strictly non-commercial. If the image is used in a non-profit publication such as a club magazine, association newsletter, or similar publication, appropriate credit must be given to the Licensor.

You may also create private prints where the Licensed Material is the main subject, as long as these prints are not publicly exhibited for profit or used for any commercial purpose. Proper credit to the Licensor must be maintained where applicable.

You may NOT use the image for:
• business purposes or commercial activities
• advertising, promotions, or profit-generating projects
• logos, trademarks, or service marks
• pornographic, defamatory, unlawful, or misleading purposes

Copyright always remains with the Licensor (the photographer or rights holder). Purchasing this license does not transfer ownership of the image, only the right to use it within the limits of the agreement.

Model releases and property releases may or may not exist. This information will be shown in the image description, invoice, or by direct notice from the Licensor. If no such notice is given, no release should be assumed.
