Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 Explained

Free downloads on Photo and Crochet are provided under the Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license. This license allows users to download and use images for personal and non-commercial purposes while protecting the original work of the photographer.

CC stands for Creative Commons.
BY means Attribution — proper credit must be given where required.
NC means Non-Commercial — the image may not be used for business, advertising, sales, or any activity that generates profit.
ND means No Derivatives — the image may not be modified, edited, altered, or used to create new derivative works.

This means you may:
• download the image for personal use
• use it for school projects, private blogs, inspiration, or reference
• privately share the image with correct attribution where required

This means you may NOT:
• use the image commercially
• remove or hide the watermark
• edit, crop, modify, or alter the image
• resell, redistribute, or upload the image as your own work

Please note that free downloads are reduced in size, slightly reduced in quality, and always include a visible watermark. If you require full-resolution originals, watermark-free files, or commercial usage rights, you must purchase the appropriate license through the platform.
