To edit your album details, start by clicking on the Album tab in the left navigation bar.
The album page will open, where you can create new albums and see a list of all your existing albums.
1. Available album actions
On the far right side of each album row, you will find the Actions menu.
The following options are available:
• View Photos – shows all images within the selected album
• Edit – opens the edit page for album settings and metadata
• Upload – allows you to upload images directly into this album
• Delete – removes the album (see conditions below)
• View (public) – opens the public view of the album
Important notes:
• The system-generated base album cannot be deleted
• Albums can only be deleted if they are empty
• All images and sub-albums must be moved or removed before deletion
• If an album is set to Private, the public view will show a 404 error
2. Edit album details
Click on Edit to open the album edit page.
You can update the following fields:
• Album Title
• Album Caption
• Album Description
• Meta description
• Keywords
3. Language-specific editing
For each supported language, you will find separate input fields.
Make sure you:
• edit the correct language block
• provide translations where possible
• use English if your language is not supported
4. Metadata behaviour
Please note:
• The album title is also used as the meta title
• Keywords are used in the tag cloud
5. Save your changes
After editing a language block, click the Submit button within that specific language section.
This ensures that your changes are saved correctly for the selected language.
Keeping your album information accurate and well-structured improves search visibility and helps users better understand your content.
