If Your Images Are Approved

If your image has been approved, it means it meets the platform’s quality and content standards. However, there are still a few important steps you should take before making it public.

1. Review your image details
Go to the Edit page of your image and review all entered information carefully.

Make sure your:
• title
• caption
• description
• metadata

are complete, accurate and well written.

2. Add translations where possible
Try to provide metadata in as many supported languages as possible.

The more languages you include, the more people can find and understand your image, increasing the chances of views and sales.

If your native language is not supported, always provide your content in English.

3. Organise your images into albums
If you have images covering different topics, organise them into clearly named and descriptive albums.

Well-structured albums improve navigation and help users discover your work more easily.

4. Check and improve your tags
Review your image tags and make sure they are relevant and descriptive.

You may want to:
• add missing keywords
• remove irrelevant tags
• improve keyword quality

Good tags increase visibility in search results and within the platform.

5. Make your image public
Once everything is complete and optimised, you can set your image to public.

Your image will then be visible to all users and available for viewing and purchase.

Taking the time to optimise your approved images will significantly improve their visibility and success on the platform.
