Digital Product Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold through Photo and Crochet, including but not limited to e-books, downloadable guides, PDF documents, educational materials, and other electronically delivered content.

Because digital products can be downloaded, copied, stored, and retained immediately after purchase, refunds are handled differently from physical goods.

Before Download

If you have purchased a digital product but have not yet downloaded, accessed, or received the product, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

After Download or Access

Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, delivered by email, or otherwise made available to you, refunds will normally not be granted.

For the purposes of this policy, a digital product shall be considered delivered once a download link has been accessed, a download has been initiated, or the product has otherwise been made available to the purchaser.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital content can be copied and retained after delivery and that access to the product generally constitutes fulfilment of the purchase.

Faulty or Defective Products

If a purchased digital product is corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible, or substantially different from its description, please contact Photo and Crochet within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

Where a genuine fault is confirmed, Photo and Crochet may, at its discretion:

• Provide a replacement download;
• Correct the issue;
• Provide a full refund;
• Provide a partial refund where appropriate.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Photo and Crochet before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through their payment provider.

Photo and Crochet reserves the right to provide relevant transaction records, purchase records, delivery records, download records, and other information reasonably required to resolve a payment dispute.
